YSS offers advanced skin care, both in clinic and via an online expert consultation service, and specialises in the treatment of patients;
- with a medical skin condition like acne, eczema, and rosacea
- without a medical skin condition, but with concerns like skin-ageing, wrinkles/fine lines, dull skin, sun damage
- as well as patients who are simply looking to do the best for their skin now and long term
I provide truly personalised, balanced and integrated skincare plans and solutions to help you achieve your individual skin goals and achieve your best possible skin.
My advanced, results driven approach is fundamentally different to normal skincare in 3 key ways
1. It is truly “personalised” to your skin’s individual needs vs the normal one size fits all approach
2. It is expertly “balanced” – combining the very best from science and nature
3. It is completely “integrated” – caring for your skin in a 360 way, both on the outside and also from within

Absolutely not. Many of my patients have no specific medical skin condition, but have a skin concern such as wrinkles/fine lines, dull skin, ageing skin, enlarged pores, dark spots, sun damage etc, or simply want to take the best possible care of their skin and achieve naturally beautiful skin, now and in the long term. - Teen Acne (spots. whiteheads, blackheads)
- Adult Acne
- Rosacea
- Eczema
You may not know if you have any of the above or not be sure what is going on with your skin – this is absolutely fine. Please do contact me so we can talk this through – sometimes there may not be a particular condition but your skin is not functioning as it should, and I can guide you through why this may be and help you work out what you can do to improve this.
There are some skin conditions that I will recommend that you visit your GP to talk about

This depends on several factors, including whether you have a medical skin condition or not, the complexity of your skin condition or concern, how long you’ve had it and how much time, energy and attention you’re willing to devote. In general, we can see significant improvements within 3 months, but many people start seeing improvement within the first month.
The 360 Diagnostic approach I use has been specially designed to be as detailed and comprehensive as is possible to give me all the information I need to make an expert and accurate assessment of your skin type, your skin’s needs and all the factors that contribute to your skin’s health or are triggers for any specific issue. This contains a series of questions about your skin story and history, previous and current skin treatments and products you’ve used, relevant questions about your medical history and information on your diet, digestion, sleep, mood and other lifestyle factors.
Skin conditions like acne, rosacea, pigmentation, and skin-ageing can be diagnosed at a distance, by sharing photos and detailed 360 information. This process makes advanced and expert advice easily accessible.
The simple answer is no, as long as you can send me photos of your skin.
I review the photos of your face, alongside the detailed information you provide, to make sure I am diagnosing your skin concerns and identifying your skin ID, accurately and safely.
I have designed and developed an advanced personalised skin programme to work both face to face and via online consultation, in a way that uncovers every aspect of your skin story and determines where we need to precisely focus to address your specific skin condition and achieve your best possible skin.
This enables me to build a personalised & integrated plan whether I see you in person, or virtually, designed specifically for your skin’s unique needs.
I passionately believe all people deserve skin that they feel happy and confident in. Hence whilst I am uncompromising in providing my patients access to the world class personalised and integrated expertise and care, prices are set to make the benefits as accessible and affordable to as many people as possible. I also offer a free 20 minute consultation and for a limited time a free healthy skin masterclass.
To identify your Unique Skin ID, we use photos in addition to the 360-information gathered from the detailed questions.

Protecting your personal data and photos is incredibly important to me. Your photos will only ever be viewed by me.

Absolutely! Remember, to always remove your makeup at night before applying the products in your plan, using the step-by-step application guide I provide (How Do I Apply My Treatment?.) If you would like a make-up add on for your programme to help you find the best brands and formulas for your skin type then this can be added for you. (£65)
It can take time for skin treatments to fully take effect, and everyone responds at a different pace. In some cases, it can take up to 3 months before you really start to see a noticeable improvement (and for conditions like severe acne scarring and deep pigmentation it can take longer) but most patients begin to see improvements after 1 to 2 months. It is important to be patient and persevere with the plan to achieve real and long-term results. Be wary of skin treatments that promise immediate or extremely fast results as these are likely to be short term fixes only which will either not deliver significant results, or the results will not last. Some of these can also be detrimental to long term skin health as they can work against the skin’s natural biology.
As yours skin adjusts to the new treatment, I am here to help with any questions or concerns you might have either through email support or additional online or in clinic consults. Everyone’s skin progresses at a different rate so we can decide when best to set a review that works for you but is usually around the 3-month mark.
Acne is a complex skin condition caused by multiple factors, including poor cell turnover, excess oil production, inflammation, and acne bacteria. It is also influenced by several health, nutrition and lifestyle factors, such as diet, digestion and gut health, stress, sleep and hormonal changes.
Your personalised and integrated treatment plan will be expertly designed to achieve clear skin and prevent breakouts.
Every person is different, and everyone’s acne and skin is unique, and therefore every patient sees results at a different pace.
I am here to guide you through your treatment, and whether we need to adjust any aspect of your personalised plan.
Once your skin is clear, we can make any changes necessary to maintain your results and keep your skin clear by preventing any future breakouts.
If you are under the care of your GP for your skin, I would always advise you to keep your GP (or relevant healthcare professional) informed about any new treatment you start taking.
Your GP is a great resource when seeking treatment for skin conditions, but it is unlikely that they will be a skin specialist or expert.
After a face-to-face appointment, if your GP feels you’re suitable for treatment, they’ll prescribe you one of a few available licensed medicines, which all come at a fixed strength/concentration.
At YSS I offer a specialised, expert service that is truly personalised to your skin’s unique needs and is completely integrated, caring for and treating your skin on both the outside and from within, using the best of science and nature.
My mission is to enable you to achieve the best possible skin and my advanced approach is very different and embodies my philosophy and values My Philosophy, My Values
When we do the 360-diagnostic stage, I will ask you about your medical history, including any medications that you take.
In this consultation, please make sure you let me know about any prescription and over-the-counter medication that you’re currently using, and always let us know if any medication changes further down the line.
Yes absolutely – although dark spot pigmentation can be stubborn and take a while to treat. There are lots of different types of pigmentation (for instance melasma, sun or age spots, hormonal blotches, and hyperpigmentation) and each is treated differently and according to your skin type and condition.
