For my patients with medical skin conditions like acne, eczema or rosascea, I have designed and developed an advanced personalised skin programme to uncover every aspect of your skin story and determine where we need to precisely focus to address your specific skin condition and achieve your best possible skin.
This enables me to build a personalised & integrated plan, designed specifically for your skin’s unique needs.

Your Skin Journey – How It Works
1. EXPLORE – Your 360 Diagnostic
Deep dive pre-consultation questionnaire followed by a 1 hour consultation
The 1st step is a specialised, professional 360 skin-care deep dive, where I start by extensively exploring your individual case – this includes understanding your medical history, all aspects of your skin history and story and all the factors (products, ingredients, treatments, medication, supplements, diet/nutrition, hormones, sleep, exercise, stress etc) that could be influencing your skin or triggering your skin condition.
This includes a comprehensive 360 diagnostic, face mapping and digital skin analysis where appropriate.
I also understand your skin goals, concerns and preferences (budget, time spent on skin routine, routines, areas where you would specifically like to work on, desire to go beyond topical products and treatments etc) so that we can design a skin plan that fits around you and your lifestyle. This is crucial as a personalised plan that you are not able to implement is not a good plan. We need a plan that is both personalised and practical.
2. IDENTIFY – Your Unique Skin ID
Step 2 involves determining your unique skin story & ID
I use all the understanding and insight from Step 1 as well as my expertise and experience to determine your unique skin ID – everything that contributes to making your skin uniquely yours, your skin strengths and weaknesses, the root causes of your skin condition and how your skin functions on an everyday basis.
This helps identify where we need to focus to address your skin condition both now and in the long term, and deliver what your skin needs to be as healthy and radiant as it can be.
3. DESIGN – Your Personalised Plan
Includes 1 hour consultatation (covering both Skin ID and Personalised Plan)
In step 3, I use all the information and insights from the 360 diagnostic (step 1) and unique Skin ID (step 2), to design your personalised & integrated skin-care plan, so you have no more trial-and-error.
Once I have designed the plan, we have our 2nd consultation, so I can take you through your Skin ID and personalised plan in detail, discuss different options, and answer any questions you have.
The Plan includes:
- Practical, actionable steps, to deliver your skin needs and achieve your skin goals and tailored to fit around your lifestyle and preferences.
- Expert advice on which skin care ingredients will most benefit your unique skin, which ingredients are best avoided and recommended products that fit with your lifestyle and budget. Only the ingredients your skin needs – nothing more, nothing less.
- Expert advice on personalised treatments that may benefit your skin which I am able to provide for you in clinic, or I can guide you to a skin care professional if you are not close to Oxford or live outside of the UK.
- Personalised advice and recommendations on diet, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle to nourish and care for your skin from within
4. ACTION – Implement Your Plan
In step 4, we put into practice and implement your personalised skin care programme to deliver real and lasting results.
Almost all patients have a follow-up consultation(s), to check-in on your journey and ensure you are supported for sustainable results.
If you decide to incorporate in clinic treatments into your programme, I can provide these follow up check-ins as part of your treatment appointments.
If you don’t have in clinic treatments, I can provide follow up consultations at a discounted consult charge (£50 for 30 mins / £95 for hour vs standard consultation rate of £85 / £165 respectively)
As your skin changes and improves, we can evolve or adapt the plan with customised adjustments as necessary.

With each bespoke treatment I work collaboratively with you to devise the best treatment plans for your unique skin needs, both in clinic and at home. This ensures results are both immediate and long lasting and skin health is maximised.
The majority of patients combine in clinic treatments with a personalised skin programme to maximise results. However, if you’d prefer to exclude the programme or do this at a later date, this is absolutely fine.
